Notices before purchasing Q-Matrix™
The Q-Matrix™ solution is sold as a fully licensed version at an agreed fixed price based on an individual offer in combination with a maintenance contract. The maintenance costs are 15% of the license costs and has a term of 12 months. The license includes the unrestricted possibility of multiple installation within one organization. Redistribution of the software to third parties is not permitted.
The maintenance contract includes the latest software version as well as all updates and upgrades. It also covers all support via e-mail or remote maintenance. The maintenance contract is valid for the agreed duration. The cancellation notice period is two month prior to the end of the term. If no notice is given, the contract is automatically extended by the agreed term.
Q-Matrix™ can be purchased without the convenience of a maintenance contract. In this case updates and upgrades would be individually offered and support activities will be charged on an hourly basis.
