Tutorial Assignment
Q-MATRIX provide the capability to manage assignments for every individual in the organization. As-signments as security officers or environmental officers or data privacy officers are in several coun-tries are required by law.

The first step is to create the base data types for assignments within the organization. An assignment is a like a position with an individual’s name. To do so simply create a new entry in the master data section.
Use the assignment column shown in the position overview: select the type the newly created position should be. The example create the position security officer and assign the related assignment accordingly.

Then view the assignments section in the individual detail. Additional information about the period of time or specific department can be identified.
